These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications ("Apps") developed and provided by Clement "Clem" Ziroli III ("Developer," "I," "me," or "my"). The Apps are provided free of charge as a hobby project for the purpose of learning and building software. By downloading, installing, or using any of the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Apps.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Apps. By using the Apps, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. License to Use the Apps
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not:

Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the Apps.
Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Apps.
Use the Apps for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

3. User Data and Ownership
By using the Apps, you acknowledge and agree that any data, information, content, or materials you provide, upload, or input into the Apps ("User Data") becomes my sole and exclusive property. You hereby irrevocably assign and transfer to me all right, title, and interest in and to the User Data, including all intellectual property rights therein, worldwide and in perpetuity.
I reserve the absolute right to use, store, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, sell, license, or otherwise exploit the User Data in any manner I deem fit, without any obligation to you, including without limitation for commercial purposes, research, or integration into other products or services. You waive any moral rights or rights of attribution in the User Data.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide the User Data and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
4. No Advice or Representations
Any information, content, or materials provided through the Apps, including but not limited to text, data, graphics, or suggestions, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including financial, legal, medical, investment, or other advisory services. I make no claims, representations, or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information provided. You should always consult a qualified professional, such as a financial advisor, attorney, or other expert, before making any decisions or taking any actions based on information from the Apps. Use of the Apps is at your own risk, and I disclaim any responsibility for outcomes resulting from reliance on such information.
5. No Warranties
The Apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Apps will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. I do not warrant that the Apps will meet your requirements or that any results from their use will be accurate or reliable.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Apps, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other harm, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes liability for any bugs, viruses, or other issues that may affect your device or data, as well as any decisions or actions you take based on information from the Apps.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold me harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms.
7. Termination
I may terminate or suspend your access to the Apps at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease, and you must uninstall the Apps.
8. Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
9. Governing Law

10. Miscellaneous
